Strike that, tweetable is very unstable. I get php errors like crazy in the admin control panel when it is active.

There’s no post about it yet, but the Twitter plugin is really fucking easy to use.

I’m actually using NextGEN and find it quite easy to use. On my blog I have the NextGEN applet as a sidebar widget. It lets me control which pics I show and in which order, while at the same time not having a full blown photo gallery to work with. It’s simple and effective for what I want it to do.

It may feel clunky and time consuming because like anything, you have to learn it once and realize how simple it really is first.

Click the 1st icon after “Add media:” to add an image.
After you click the “From URL” tab, you enter the information.
I entered the URL, it did something and came back with a green checkmark.
I entered a title.
At the bottom is a button “Insert into Post”

I see the image in my Editor now.

Ok, I don’t get it. I used the “add media” but my images never appeared in my post. I was remote hosting, so I was using “from URL” and it inserted links to my pictures in my post. That was not at all what I was going for, and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to put the image in.

Second of all, I don’t usually want to insert an entire gallery of pictures. I usually want to insert one or two at strategic places within the text. I don’t see how that would work with this process.

Third, this is incredibly complicated and time consuming and clunky.
